My wife and I call Sycamore home and enjoy the sense of family and sense of community that is a part of the fabric in DeKalb County. I've been with State Farm since 1995. After I paid my way through Northern Illinois University (NIU) DeKalb and was graduated in 1996 with a degree in political science, State Farm was a calling I'm glad I heard. I will always thank Beasley for that guidance!

I have deep pride in the people I have working with me on my team. I work with some of the most caring in the business. We take honor in creating awareness with our customers, based on their personal circumstance, of the protection they often need that is often overlooked. We take pride in writing auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, business insurance.

We take seriously the need to stay top of our field and continuing education is an important part of that. I have earned 3 advanced designations in the insurance field - CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) ChFC and CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). In 2026 we celebrate 20 years owning a State Farm Agency and 30 years in the insurance business.

I also serve my community as the Illinois State Representative for the 70th District, I am a member of the Sycamore Rotary and Sycamore Chamber of Commerce. I have held positions in the following organizations: President Rotary Club of Sycamore, President Sycamore Public Library Board, Executive Board Sycamore Chamber of Commerce, Board Member Kishwaukee YMCA, Director NAIFA Fox Valley, coach AYSO, Sycamore Basketball, Leadership in Life Institute, Edgar Fellowship.

We love to help new people to our area discover their insurance needs in auto insurance, home insurance and life insurance.
